Srinagar, Feb 01: The Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman Monday announced that a gas pipeline project will be taken up in the Union Territory of Jammu &
Kashmir.

According to the news agency, the union finance minister made the announcement during her budget speech in the parliament today.

Meanwhile, Lt. Governor Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha thanked the PM Narendra Modi and union home minister Amit Shah for announcing a gas pipeline project.

“I thank the Hon’ble PM @narendramodi Ji & Home Minister @AmitShah Ji for announcing a new Gas Pipeline Project for the development of J&K in #Budget2021.
