Shaista Begum belonging to Bhella area of Thatri who married last year to Haq Nawaz of Nawabad Chakka Bhaderwah has qualified prestigious Sub Inspector exam.

Shaista Begum an alumnus of Govt Degree college Bhaderwah cracked the sub inspector exam in her first attempt. She attributed her success to her family members who supported her through every thick and thin.“I am happy to realise my family members dream that always inspired me to compete for the exam ” she said.

She had been preparing for exam at Jammu and devoted 8 to 10 hours to studies every day.My desire to join the Police started when I was around 19 years old. My parents sowed the seed and they wanted me to join the Police department . I was not a topper in the school nor was I a gold medallist in my college, but my parents dreamt big. So, I started dreaming big, too.It is notable to mention here that the achievers prove that no financial crisis, hardship, and adversity can be a deterrent from attaining their goals because they were willing to do everything it took.
