Body of hunter recovered in Baramulla

Baramulla, Oct 31: Body of a hunter, who has allegedly died after his 12 bore gun went off, was recovered in this north Kashmir district on Saturday, official sources said.

They said panic gripped in Alambal area of Pattan when a body was found by some people today.

Police was immediately informed, they said adding the deceased was identified as Aijaz Ahmad Dar, a resident of Cheenabal, Pattan, a hunter.

There was bullet mark on his body, they said adding Dar had allegedly died after his 12 bore gun went off.

However, police has registered a case and initiated investigation, they said.
