At many places, citizens are following in enthusiastically. But some violators are also observed. Yesterday night Palghar Police took action against 47 persons who were gathered at a private resort for holi celebrations. Day before yesterday, a similar type of action was taken in Nashik where 38 youngsters were booked who were gathered for a hukka party.

Yesterday in a meeting of Covid task force, Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray expressed dissatisfaction over such behaviour of citizens and directed the administration to prepare for strict lockdown if people are not adhering to rules.
