BJP demand withdrawl of murder case against Army personnel involved in Shopian killing

The Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) on Monday demanded the withdrawl of murder case against Army personnel allegedly involved in Killing of youth in Shopian District.
According to the KNS correspondent, BJP MLA RS Pathania while speaking in the Assembly over Shopian killings said that the government should withdraw FIR registered against the Army personnel and lodge fresh FIR without naming anyone.
In presence of Chief Minister in the house, the BJP MLA questioned the registration of murder case against the Army. ” Why serious charges where levelled against the Army” the BJP MLA said.
It is to mention here that Army personnel were mentioned in the FIR registered by the Jammu and Kashmir police in connection with a firing incident in shopian district that left two persons dead and nine injured.
