It gives me great pleasure to share my thoughts on the current situation in Kashmir, a region that has been at the center of a long-standing conflict for decades.
As a senior leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), I am proud to say that the abrogation of Article 370 and 35A by the BJP government has brought a sense of peace and stability to the region, something that was long overdue.
Ever since the abrogation of Article 370 and 35A, there has been a significant reduction in the number of incidents of violence and unrest in the region. The people of Kashmir have responded positively to the government’s decision, and have shown their support for the decision by participating in the democratic process, which was not possible earlier.
The removal of the special status of Jammu and Kashmir has also opened up new avenues for development in the region. The government has been working tirelessly to bring about much-needed development and infrastructure to the region, which will help create job opportunities and improve the standard of living for the people of Kashmir.
The credit for the current situation in Kashmir goes to our Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, and our Hon’ble Home Minister, Shri Amit Shah, whose vision and leadership have been instrumental in bringing about this change. Their unwavering commitment to the development and progress of the people of Jammu and Kashmir has been evident in their actions and policies.
The government has also taken several measures to ensure that the people of Kashmir do not face any inconvenience due to the abrogation of Article 370 and 35A. The government has ensured that essential supplies and services are available to the people, and has taken steps to address any concerns that may arise.
I would also like to commend the security forces for their tireless efforts in maintaining peace and stability in the region. The security forces have shown great restraint and professionalism in dealing with any incidents of violence and have worked tirelessly to ensure the safety and security of the people of Kashmir.
In conclusion, I would like to reiterate that the abrogation of Article 370 and 35A has been a significant step towards bringing peace and stability to the region. The government’s efforts towards development and progress in the region are commendable, and I am confident that these efforts will bear fruit in the years to come. I once again express my gratitude to our Hon’ble Prime Minister and Hon’ble Home Minister for their leadership and vision, which have been instrumental in bringing about this change.
