Ban on FAT to affect 22 schools, 1915 students

SRINAGAR: The recent ban of Falah-e-Aam Trust (FAT) schools by the Jammu and Kashmir government will have an impact on 22 institutions and 1915 students.

An official document in this regard has been released by the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education and Directorate of School Education Kashmir.

As per the data released, only 22 FAT institutions have been affected by the government order wherein the J&K Board affiliation was withdrawn from the schools. “Around 12 schools were closed before the issuance of the order. The document further reads that  around 1915 students would be affected by the government decision.

Meanwhile an official said that the process is on shift students in nearby government schools so that they can continue their studies.
