Congress leaders Ghulam Nabi Azad and Ambika Soni are arriving in Jammu Wednesday afternoon to finalise seat sharing arrangement with the National Conference.
Out of the six Lok Sabha seats in Jammu and Kashmir the National Conference is willing to concede only two to the Congress in a possible seat sharing arrangement. This has left the Congress livid.
In latest development, NC has declared its candidates on four seats and left only two -Doda-Kathua and Ladakh seats -vacant for talks with Congress.
