Around  10,000 employees Opted posting in for Ladakh

Jammu: The Jammu and Kashmir government has issued list of around 10,000 employees from different departments, who have opted posting in Union Territory of Ladakh after the abrogation of article 370.

“In order to provide an opportunity to the employees for verification of their particulars induding option exercised for serving in the successor  Union territories, the details of employees having opted to serve in the Union territory  of ladakh and the domicile employees of Ladakh having opted to serve in Union territory of J&K,  are hereby notified for the information of all concerned,” the order issued by Commissioner Secretary Manoj Kumar Dwivedi.

“The Administrative Departments shall also verify these details to ensure that no employee is left out of the exercise of apportionment to Union Territory  of Ladakh,” the order reads.     Read Full order here.
