Army officer injured in grenade explosion in Poonch

Jammu, Nov 18: An army captain reportedly suffered injuries when a grenade exploded in his hand while he was handling it in Balakote sector near the Line of Control in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Police sources here said that the incident occurred at about midnight on Tuesday in which the Captain sustained injuries.

He was shifted to Army Hospital Rajouri for treatment, police sources added.
