4,48,446 health care & frontline workers vaccinated so far in Bihar


In Bihar, four lakh 48 thousand 446 health care and frontline workers have been vaccinated so far in the state. Health Minister Mangal Pandey said, the vaccination for health care workers ended in the state and a final mop-up exercise for the left- out beneficiaries will be done tomorrow.

Meanwhile, COVID-19 recovery rate has improved to 99.15 per cent in Bihar. Two lakh 59 thousand 347 patients have recovered from the COVID-19 infection in the state so far. The number of active cases is continuously declining. Currently, only 699 patients are receiving treatment at various hospitals. No positive case has been reported from 24 districts out of 38 of the state.
