4 IPS officers among six top police officials transferred

Government on Friday transferred six top Police officials including four IPS officers.

Two successive orders issued from Jammu and Kashmir government’s home department said “Rafiq-ul-Hasan, IPS, DIG Jammu-Kathua-Samba range has been transferred and posted as DIG Doda-Kishtwar-Ramban range, Bhim Sen Tuti, IPS, awaiting orders of posting in PHQ has been transferred and posted as DIG Jammu-Kathua-Samba range with the direction that he shall also hold the additional charge of the post of DIG Udhampur-Reasi range till further orders.

Sandeep Chowdhary, IPS, SP south Jammu has been transferred and posted as SSP Shopian, Shalinder Kumar Mishra, IPS, SSP Shopian has been transferred with the direction that he shall await further orders of posting at PHQ Srinagar.

“Rajeshwar Singh SSP HR, CID Headquarters has been transferred and posted as AIG personnel PHQ, vice Aftab Ahmad Kakroo who has been transferred and posted as SSP HR, CID Headquarters vice Rajeshwar Singh.”
