1104 new cases take J&K’s COVID-19 tally past 68,000 mark; over 48k recover

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday reported 1104 new COVID-19 infections taking the overall tally to 68,614.
Of the cases reported today, 480 were reported in Kashmir while Jammu division reported 624 infections out of which Jammu district alone reported 242 cases.
As per the data, there are 19,451 active COVID-19 cases in J&K while 48,079 patients have recovered from the disease.

Among the cases, Srinagar reported 194, Budgam 49, Baramulla 72, Pulwama 33, Anantnag 24,
Bandipora 20, Kupwara 42, Ganderbal 28, Kulgam 11, Shopian 7, Jammu 242, Rajouri 49,
Udhampur 49, Kathua 36, Doda 54, Samba 37, Poonch 44, Ramban 38, Reasi 36 and Kishtwar 39.

Meanwhile, 1549 more Corona patients have recovered and were discharged from various hospitals— 960 from Jammu Division and 589 from Kashmir Valley.
